Key Deliverables/ Responsibilities
- Creating and Maintaining account for every project and evaluation of profitability at the completion of project.
- Budget planning and review of Income-Expenses with timeline on 15th of every month
- Planning and preparation of working capital
- Regular updating of Assets and Purchases
- Planning and management of all forth coming expenses
- Accounting of all debits and credits
- Keeping account of all vendor payments
- Creating and disbursing salaries of the staff
- Making and filing all important invoices, agreements and documents
- Ensuring availability of information for taxation and compliance related data
- Marinating petty cash and disbursement of the same

- Timely delivery of material on site
- Coordination for trouble shooting site issue from contractor
- Support site supervisors for any technical issues on site
- Support site supervisors for any unforeseen trouble shooting on site
- Coordination between Director and site supervisors in case needed
- Ensuring smooth payment process of vendors & contractors based on payment terms
- Decide payment terms with contractors as per project priority and organization’s interest in mind
